I dont know what to do

This is my first time making a feral heart preset and I looked at a tutorial on youtube and I still cant figure out whats wrong. When I go under the preset maker on feral heart, the box is completely empty, there are no folders I can access, but the files are in the computer I know because I can access them and put them on gimp, but I cant find the folders 1-12 on the actual preset maker in the tools thing of fh. Am I supposed to do something to make them appear in the game?

You could also just try reinstalling the game. That's probably the easiest way to solve the problem anyway.
