You did close out of Feralheart after you put that file in the folder, right? I'm sure that you did.
Did you make sure that there was no Alpha Channel? That can sometimes be an issue...

If nothing else, just try re-saving it under a different name.

If you are new to making height maps and masks, it's best to follow .exe advice. However, if you just don't have the patience to do it, there are an abunance of free-to-use masks and height maps out there.

Hey there.~ I see you have found your way to this thread. Well, good for you~
What I have to offer is a Canine Role play.
As stated in the title, it is a mapless, semi-realistic, and literate role play.
It is a new group and is looking for active members.
It has something of a plot, which is sort of explained in the history of the pack.
And guess what? The group has its own forum! Woot.~

I've tried restarting the router a few times.
Perhaps all I can do is wait it out. There's some storms comin' this way anyway, and that messes with my connection.
So, I guess I'll just sit back and chill. Haha.

Game Help / Front Server Connection

M'kay. So, I have a little problem.
I absolutely cannot connect to the front server of the game. I open in, type in my password and hit the okay button, and it just refuses to connect. I can't even get into the character selection page.
This has been going on for a few days now. It worked fine the day before this started, and now... Nothing.

I have uninstalled it completely, re-downloaded new installers and tried that. Still nothing.
Downloaded the patch and tried that. Nope.
I checked my firewall and made sure that it allowed FeralHeart through.
I've updated Java and all that jazz just to make sure. But I'm still at a loss.

My internet has not changed at all, I have full signal strength. I didn't mess with any of the files or anything of that sort.
Short of doing a factory reset (again), do you have any suggestions as to what the problem could be?
