I can't connect. We were just about to roleplay when it said I lost connection. I tried logging back in a few times, but it wouldn't work. Is the server down? If it is, how long will it be?

I've tried to connect for a long time, cause I wanted to get back to my friend. When I get back on, its only for a very short time before I lose connection again. This has happened for days now!

Okay, well, me and my friend were roleplaying, and we got off. Next time, I used the name Averid that she had used, and now she is trying to get me banned for something else. She got the name off the internet and claimed it was "her's". I swear I'm not lying, she did this out of frustration. Help me!

Hi, I was chatting with a friend earlier today, and she left, so I decided to roleplay in Flourite by myself. I've seen other players do this. There was one other person nearby. Later that day I decided to get on FH again, so when I was doing so, it said that I was banned for 6 days. How did this happen?
