If you're trying to contact a staff member, I suggest PMing an active staff member,  as Raz isn't as active on the forums has he used to be. Someone like Kiki or Nynx (WarriorStrike) will get back to you in a matter of a few hours.

I know this won't be of much help at all but I am having the exact same problem, I've tried everything you have and what others have suggested (the router, deleting cookies, reinstalling the game) and nothing has worked. I would like to let you know that I have contacted a staff member about the issue but I haven't gotten anything back. If you figure out the problem I would appreciate it if you would let me know and I will of course do the same if I figure it out.

I'm having a similar problem, I've tried everything, even contacting a staff member who hasn't gotten back to me yet, to get connected and nothing has worked. Do you have the login page open before you open FH?

The connection error might be caused by the site work currently, however, did ye' try a different browser perhaps? Some browsers are having issues for whatever reason.
And I do suggest an auto-re-loader for the login tab if it keeps timing out. These can be found by going into the browsers addon/extension store. Many are free and easy to use.

Game Help / Definite Answer? "Failed to connect to front server" Issue

I've noticed that this constant "Failed to connect to front server" issue is happening to quite a few other players, including myself. I have tried checking my firewall, keeping the login page open, changing my username, uninstalling and reinstalling, logging into the page and waiting app. 10 minutes then opening the game, etc. I'm wondering if anyone has a conclusion to this issue? Is it all of FH's updates to the forum, etc.? Do I need to wait longer? (I've waiting for about a week, has anyone waited longer?)

I need help! Yesterday, I tried to login in game and this message came up after trying to connect ("Failed to connect to front server") The next day I tried logging in again and it worked...I logged out after a while then tried logging back in and the "Failed to connect to front server" came up again, I haven't been able to login in ever since. I've tried different techniques to fix it, adding FH to my firewall, changing my password, making sure everything is typed in correctly. I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling because (1) I don't want to have to reinstall everything (items, markings, etc.) and (2) I'm afraid it won't work, I hear from others with this same problem that it hasn't. Can anyone help me or do I have to message a staff member?
