"Failed to connect to front server"

I need help! Yesterday, I tried to login in game and this message came up after trying to connect ("Failed to connect to front server") The next day I tried logging in again and it worked...I logged out after a while then tried logging back in and the "Failed to connect to front server" came up again, I haven't been able to login in ever since. I've tried different techniques to fix it, adding FH to my firewall, changing my password, making sure everything is typed in correctly. I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling because (1) I don't want to have to reinstall everything (items, markings, etc.) and (2) I'm afraid it won't work, I hear from others with this same problem that it hasn't. Can anyone help me or do I have to message a staff member?

if you've managed to log in once, i'd assume it'd be something to do with your internet connections. try restarting your internet via your computer's wifi connections (if you use wifi) or restarting your household's internet router. also try using different browsers and emptying your browser cookies

if it still doesn't work, then i'd suggest you wait patiently because most of these issues can be caused by the in-developing updates that are being made to the website

You wouldn't have to download everything again, just move everything to the FeralHeart folder again, really.
It might do the trick.

I'm not sure  if this is going to help, but I told my friend something similar to this. So when you do your password in game, like you would do you Log in, as quick as you can just click on another browser etc. I usually count to 10, and then when I click back to Feral Heart I'm with the characters. Hope this helped cx

Make sure you have the login page open before you open FH. After logging into the login page, wait a few seconds and then try to open FH and login. Sometimes it won't work the first time and will give you the "Failed to connect to front server error". If this happens, close FH (leave the login page open), and try to open FH again. I've sometimes had to restart FH 3 times, but it always ends up working.

Note: Make sure that when you're trying to login in-game, the login page isn't logging you out while you're trying to connect. This can be an issue with some users and I suggest trying a different browser and/or using a page refresher such as this one: http://www.refreshthis.com/

What I did is that I leave the Log In Tab open for a few minutes then I open Feral Heart and log in. That seem to work for me. But I hope your issue gets resolved.
