Yea thanks, and sorry for wasting time on something so easy to fix... I should have looked harder for help, it was the number keys that I got wrong, I tried what you said and it worked, thanks again. -R.S.

One more thing though, my name RybeTaylorSinclair.... How do I fix it, I didn't check my typing before I submitted the name, its supposed to be RyneTaylorSinclair... I tried to fix it and saved it on User Details but it never shows it although it says it saved corrections..
You can't change your username in general, but you could change your screen name. The screen name is for your name on the forums, like mine (OreoHeroz). For example: If I registered with the username Oreo, I cannot change my username for the in-game to: OreoHeroz. However, I could change my forum screen name to OreoHeroz, so that people will call me by that, but my real user will always be Oreo.
You will always log in with your real user, not your screen name.
To change your screen name, go to Profile > Account Related Settings. It will display your username along with a box with your screen name. Just type in the name you want in the box, enter your password below, and hit "Change Profile".
If you wanted to change your username for the in-game, you will have to make a new account.

Or: Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.
1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.
2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.
3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.
4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.
5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.
6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.
7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.
Hope this helped. If anyone has any more tips to add, tell me and I'll add them.
Also make sure your username is not more than 16 characters long.
Excuse me, do you think you can help me? I found out that my username is more than 16 characters long. The problem is I'm not sure how to change it. Is that possible?

This has been happening to me too. I even changed my password and that didn't seem to help. I do agree with (I believe the username is OreoHeroz) that it may be some sort of glitch. Hopefully it will get fixed soon

I wanted to go on my account 'Devynex' for the Halloween party today because that's the account I go on for parties and stuff, but no matter how many times I tried I kept getting "user not correct". I haven't gone in that one for a while, but I just hope no one hacked it...
Caps Lock wasn't on, I had typed everything very slowly.
My other account is working just fine, though.
Help? ;_;
Same thing is happening to me. All my information is correct and it keeps saying my user name or password is not correct. I haven't gotten much help yet.

sorry, that didn't seem to work. It is understandable that FH may be getting worked on, but how are other people able to log on?
Please try to avoid double-posting, instead, use the modify button on the right hand side of your post. c:
It is strange how others are able to get in-game, but perhaps it is effecting only some certain people/those who are new to FH.
sorry kinda new at this, still trying some things out ^^;

I'm having the same problem. For some weird reason it won't let me log on even though the username and password is correct. Has the problem been solved yet?
