Hey Bawfle, I have contacted two staff members about this already. I am fed up because I have to message them constantly. Post on the forum and they don't reply back. From what I have seen from the staff, I am glad I could never get my accounts to work. They don't seem to care about the people who play their game, so I don't care for their game. So I am posting here to see of I get any reaction from them.

Hey

Can a staff member that has enough time please delete my accounts (this one and Bella Artemis). I do not want my email addresses to be associated with Feral Heart.

I am aware that I can delete my forum account (only on this account though since I can't access my second account) by clicking the delete account but this does not delete my email from your database and does not delete the game account.

So I beg you please, delete my accounts like I have already asked you.

Allegra (WhiteLightHeart) has finally replied and told me what the problem is. My second account apparently does not have a forum account so I cannot use that account either. I am done with the game (please pray that I am never stupid enough to try play it again). I am gonna ask Allegra to delete both my accounts now. Thanks for all the support T???_NQ. You can find me at LM if you ever want to talk to me.

No sorry, it seems my accounts are both unusable. No staff member has tried to help me yet (too busy or not concerned) and I haven't found registration open yet. I am on Last Moon and I hear people say it is more fun and the community is better (even though it is small). I really wanted to check out Feral Heart buy since the universe doesn't want me to even have a working account, I suppose I'll just stick with what I got. Thanks for the concern about me. I might try in a couple of months again to see if my account has been activated or if I can get in contact with a staff member.

Thanks guys. I have been waiting for a month now since I sent the first email, so I sent the second one this week because I guessed the first might have glitched. I have contacted Red but he ignored my PM and just told me the same thing on the forum and then locked the tread. I tried to contact another staff member (can't remember the name now) with still no response. Which staff members are helpful and kind enough to at least tell me if my activation is pending?

I have asked help on this before and I have not been able to fix it. I have a second account I want to use for the game (since this account name is too long) but it is still not authenticated. Some people suggested I wait till registration is open and try and activate it then but I have not found it open yet.

Even though I was suggested to do this by fellow forum users, Red told me the only way to get an account authenticated after you get locked out by registration is to send an email to [email protected] with the email account the the account has been registered with. I have done this twice, received an auto reply email on both occasion that reads "Thanks for your Email your account will be activated shortly" yet this has not happened.

Should I give up on that account like I this with this one and make a third account (need to get a new email account then) or try what the other forum users suggested and see if the authentication email works when registration opens.

*sigh* both will mean I have to wait for registration to open....

Oh and please DO NOT lock this thread until I have gotten the help I have been asking for months.

This also happened to me, I've given up on the game. I just read the forum every now and again.

Make sure you make your second account just as the registration opens because if you don't authenticate your email before registration closes you can kiss that account goodbye as well. This happened to my second account. And now it can't be authenticated.
