Staff members, please delete my accounts

Hey

Can a staff member that has enough time please delete my accounts (this one and Bella Artemis). I do not want my email addresses to be associated with Feral Heart.

I am aware that I can delete my forum account (only on this account though since I can't access my second account) by clicking the delete account but this does not delete my email from your database and does not delete the game account.

So I beg you please, delete my accounts like I have already asked you.

Very sad to know you wish to delete your account my dear. I would ask for why, but I think that would be prying a bit much. So all I can say is it will be sad to see you go my dear. </3

Hello there, floof. If you haven't already,  please contact a member of staff Via PM about this. Usually, when you 'delete' your account I believe you have a space of 14 days to change your mind to whether or not you want that account deleting. After that 14 days your account will be deleted or will be on its way to being deleted, if you haven't decided to activate it again.

Hey Bawfle, I have contacted two staff members about this already. I am fed up because I have to message them constantly. Post on the forum and they don't reply back. From what I have seen from the staff, I am glad I could never get my accounts to work. They don't seem to care about the people who play their game, so I don't care for their game. So I am posting here to see of I get any reaction from them.

Keep in mind the staff are human beings. That bein' said, they have real life situations/duties to attend to such as their education, a job, and more personal matters too. Please show a bit of patience. They'll get back to ye' sooner or later. Some members are more busy than others. Somethin' else to keep in mind.

For the meantime, ye' can always just not linger around. It's apparent ye' are displeased with this community but I really don't appreciate yer tone in yer previous post. As stated, yer account will be deleted sooner or later by the staff members ye' have messaged and, again, ye' may have to be a little patient.

Agreed with Vespian, we are human. I apologize if my message did not get through to you, or if your message got flooded away in my inbox (this does happen, after all, and staff members receive messages from users each day), but that's hardly reason to believe the staff do not care. It's appalling that you'd jump to such a conclusion, but to each their own opinion.

Adding onto this, we do not actually delete any accounts unless there is a very real need. Your emails will be secure, as deleting your forum accounts has already been done on your own, and the game connection will not be sending any emails to you. The information is safe, and will not be touched by FH or any third parties.

Just as well, if you don't log into these accounts for some time, the server will automatically begin to clean out inactive accounts on its own. Routine maintenance. So your accounts will be deleted in due time if you do not access them.

Whoa whoa whoa...

You were answered dear. I even recall your account name appearing in a discussion we had. So no you are not being neglected as you claim. You indeed did reach several staff and you were indeed contacted back. Your accounts weren't working because you went over the 16 character limit in your username in one and the other you never activated properly. Solutions were given to you and you continued to message staff even after solutions were provided. Are you perhaps not receiving our messages? Then that's another issue but do not go about claiming false things.

I apologize for the inconveniences but you aren't the first or only person who has encountered these minor issues. We deal with users with these issues often and they go on to take our advice and fix their issue. I'm not quite sure what you're expecting us to do anymore so please do not take your frustrations out on us. If you're still having such an issue then please consider waiting for registration to open to make a new account and keep in mind that you shouldn't go over the 16 character limit, use stranges symbols, and you must activate it as soon as you make it.

Do not lose patience with us when we never lost it with you even after all the persistent messaging.
