Tried it just now... didn't work could it be the install location? It's in Program Files for me, on my Windows computer.

Hm, that could be the issue. My Feral - Heart folder + everything in it has its own file in my C - Drive...

Yes, that seems to have been the issue! It turns out I didn't uninstall the game from my C-Drive anyway... so luckily I was able to salvage my old presets and items Thank you!

Try this:

(Make backups of any maps/presets/objects/items you want to keep!)
--- Remove your current FeralHeart installation. (Delete the FeralHeart folder or use the "Remove programs" feature for windows.)
--- Then try re-installing, but don't put any backups/mods into the clean install yet.
--- Go to the User Panel and reset and send all your characters home.
--- Test to see if it worked.

I've tried that, reset them, sent them home, all that. This is what it looks like:

Okay, I tried it, and it still is doing the same thing. I'm not sure what's wrong with it.

To make items, you need to have a program that you can create 3D objects in. This is one I have seen popular among other users who have created items:

Look just under "START FOR FREE" and click the thing about free for 3 years if you want more time to use it. It might be better if you click the first option but I'm not sure. Either one will get you the program you would need to make items.

So I recently got a new computer (well, Surface Pro 4) and it runs full Windows 10. I downloaded the game (I am using Microsoft Edge browser by the way) and I launched it and tried to log in with my information (I made sure it was correct) and it said failed to connect to front server. I read the forums and most people said it was a problem with their username being longer than 16 characters? Mine is 12 characters (Turtlenoodle). I haven't really been on Feral Heart in a while, and I'm not quite sure about this new login thing where it has a browser page that has to be opened or something? Not sure how that works, it hasn't done it for me (if I sound stupid I'm sorry lol) but I could really use some help. Not sure if this helps, but my old computer was a Dell Latitude D620 running Windows XP (so ancient) and it ran ok on there. It was kinda laggy, but it was manageable. Sorry if this is too much :L
