Game Help / Preset Problems???

Okay, so. I recently got a preset & everything was fine... AT FIRST. After a while i noticed that every time i log onto FH, i see that the preset is no longer on my character and is gone from the preset select menu so i have to re-export it. It happened more than once and i'm kinda concerned. I do have the Preset Sync and i updated it just yesterday. Any help?
