Game Help / black enviorment when playing feral heart+

ok so everytime i login to feral heart+ i get a black enviorment, i did everything i can to fix it so i turn to you guys and girls on the forum, ok so how do i fix it, i tried going home but that dont work cuz it wont say my home which is bonfire. i tried reinstalling the game, i tried turning off my firewall and antivirus software, i everything 
so please help me on this
