I dont know whats wrong but if you quit the game and come back in it wont remember that you were banned and you dont need to wait 15 mins so you can keep trying. I hope this helps

My wife got a account on this game and she never got the e-mail to comfirm her account but it says the e-mail is already in use and it says the same thing about her username
