Can't log in to the game

Yes, I am spelling my password right, and yes i know it's case-sensitive. I had an account previously on a different computer and when I tried to log in to the game, it didn't work. So I made this new account on a new laptop and it still won't work. I activated my account and it lets me log in on here, but not on the game. I really don't want to be banned for 15 minutes and it's really frustrating me.

I dont know whats wrong but if you quit the game and come back in it wont remember that you were banned and you dont need to wait 15 mins so you can keep trying. I hope this helps
