By duplicates, I meant in media>sky even if your map doesn't have weather.
Though you could have a point. I'd suggest you check everywhere in media for the duplicates, basically just particles, weather, and objects perhaps.
That's pretty much all I can think of. Though an uninstall and reinstall, of course saving your stuff in another folder, is a suggestion if you don't find anything that can harm FH.
