Help!

I made this account, I reset the password and I still can't get onto the game. I used the right username. I even did Warriorcatsfan. Please help. I did the right password too!

Did your password have numbers in it? If you used the numpad it won't work.

Not since I changed it, no. Just letters.....

Your password is case sensitive, so double check your caps lock! If it was on when you made your password, you'll need it on when you enter it.

Your keyboard setting must be US. You can usually change it by looking at your start bar on the bottom, there will be a keyboard icon.

are you using your in-game username or your forum one? You NEED to use the in-game one

Also are you getting any error messages and what do they say?

I got; Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts will cause a 15 minute ban) The ban is over, also. Is in game the username?

When you signed up you had to choose and Name and a Username, remember? the Username you chose is the one you use to sign in to the game with.

I put Warriorcatsfan as the name and WarriorCatsFan432 as the username and I typed them both and it won't let me play.... :/

You may need to try making a new account, and use a password that is all letters, lowecase.
