wont let me play game

i'm new to this game and i've only just regstered. i downloaded the game afterwards and i tryde to log in but it wouldnt log in. it only came up with a box saying 5 failed attempts and you get a 15 in ban and it also said either my username or password and me being me, i thought yeah ok i probably did enter it wrong and entered it again but it still didnt work. i've been entering it for the last 5 minutes. its not letting me in and i'm getting really annoyed.

Can you please find a way of helping me so i can play this game!

Make sure you using your username and not forum nickname. Also check if your caps is on.
