Sever need of map help...

Alright so here's my problem. i downloaded a map as a rar file, unlocked it and everything but now i'm not sure where to put all the stuff that comes with it...

Any sugestions? If you need more info i'm willing to co-oerate.  :'(

Go to:
C:\FeralHeart\exports
and copy all files into there.
