I've done the steps correctly...

Okay, I'm sorry to bother you with this really, My friend and I have both done our best to solve the problem before coming to you. My problem is, Presets don't seem to want to work for...anyone else lol.

What I mean is, I can see and use my own presets just fine, I made one, did all the steps, and sent the .fhp to my friend, did all the steps to share presets and such, and None of my friends can see my presets.

So my friend (Who has many of her own presets) Made me one, and sent it to me for my use. I put the files in my presets, preset five, made sure everything was right. I personally thought it worked, I was over joyed to see my new preset...but yet again, no one else could see it even after I sent them the correct file. Not even the girl who made the preset could see me using it o.O I'm following the steps like perfectly, it really SHOULD be working, I've exported, sent files, we've done all we can think of.

Like I said, I can see my presets on my screen, but no one else can. So, mind helping me out a little? If I have to, I'll post every single step I took.

This seems to be happening with EVERYONE lately. o_o It could be a technical issue with the whole server/game that might be fixed with a simple reset, whenever Raz gets around to that... but I just don't see how a server issue would effect anything that has to do with files, y'know? Make sure the preset was made correctly and that you've done everything right... Have you exported the preset? Maybe that's the issue. Export it and have the people who you sent it to it export it as well. Then maybe you'll all be able to see it.

Yes, I've exported it. And I'm glad to know It's not only happening to me. I'm sure the preset was made correctly, and placed in the correct folders and such. I can make maps and send them to friends, and I'm able to see my friends presets. It's the only problem I seem to be having with FH lol, the fact that other's can't see when I make or have a preset. Thanks for your help though, I'll see if maybe I can still fiddle with it, try to find something I've over looked, I'm not sure...

I'm curently also trying to make meshes on Blender and Sculptris, but o.O Yes that is proving to be a learning experience XD I'll figure that out eventually lol.

As you can see, I'm not...unknowing with the things I'm doing, so that's why I didn't ask for help sooner, because I didn't want to bother with a question I or my friend could have figured out ourselves.

same here, that is the same issue I am going through right now. and I too have done everything right and looked up on the help forums to see if anyone else was having trouble or anyone could fix this. =( I guess we will just have to wait until they fix this, if it's a glitch in the system.
