.fhs is not a map. It's the sky file for a map.

.fhm is the exported map. So if you meant that they can't enter your map then it's because of that.

However, if you meant that they can't see the sky, try re exporting it again and then tell them to place the new file into their sky folder located in the media folder.

If you have a working map inside the map maker you first have to make sure you have a portal for it inside the cape.

This you do by entering the world tab and then checking the box "has portal" and writing the coordinates for where you want to end up in the map when you enter it from cape.

Once that's done, you should be able to see a portal in cape linked to your map.

After that you just open up the map maker, and export it. Once the export is done, your files will lay in the "exports" folder. Copy all the files needed for the map such as
.fhm = the map
.fho = the objects
.fhs = the sky file

etc.

and send them to your friends. Tell them to place it in the exports folder.

Try again then xD

You need to fill all fields when you check "Has portal" in the map maker, also, don't forget to save the map after you made a portal for it. If you don't know how to get the correct coordinates, just write
100
100
100
100

This is really the only way you do it.

If you didn't even have a portal in cape, no wonder your friends couldn't enter it :3

When you check has portal there will never be any portal inside the map that's in the map maker.

THe only time you will see this is when you enter the game in multiplayer and then cape, also from inside the map you made when in MP.

Never when playing in the map maker. That only works on gates, and gates aren't even usable now in your situation.
