How to change maps in game?

I'm not sure whether this is a stupid question or not, but I've looked everywhere and I can't find any way to change from "Bonfire Island" or whatever it's called to any other map! I've tried Google, found nothing except how to make maps. I've looked in the site's documentation, found nothing. Am I just being a newb (which I am) or has it just not been worked into the game yet? >< Someone please help!

There should be a black portal from Bonfire to Ficho, when you log on into Bonfire for the first time just turn around and along that far wall you'll see it then at the end of Ficho there will be a portal to the plains then in the plains portals to cape and the temple
