Alright, I'm new, but thats the same old same old.
Whats the problem? Well, for some reason I invited my friend to come play with me. She said yes, downloaded it, made an account. She installed the game then logged on. She whispered to me on another game, "It says I'm banned.", I'm like "huh? tell me what it exactly said" she said, "Well it said I was banned and sent me back to the login and it said it wasn't the right password/username" so I say "O_O", and she logs off.. is anyone having this problem..?

She was probably only banned for 15 minutes for getting the wrong password so many times.

Make sure she didn't use the number pad in her password, rather, the numbers above the letters should be used. Also, she can't have symbols in it.

She may not have to make a new account though. Have her log into the forum, and the 'golden' box on the top of the page. (If she can't log in, she'll have to go to her browsers options, delete the cookies from feral-heart.com, and try again.) Then on the forum, go to "Profile," then "Account Related Settings," and change her password there.

If that doesn't help, she may need a new account.
