HELP WITH PRESETS

I have just downloaded a preset how do I put it on my chara?

  Most presets are for VIEWING ONLY. Meaning that you downloaded teh files neccessary to SEE IT on their character, but you can not use it. to use a preset you will need the actual images used to create the preset and export it yourself. Make sure that the preset you download is a public use one, not a private use one.

How do other people see my new Preset? Because I have my new Preset on...AND NOBODY CAN SEE IT!!!!!

You need to pay for the whole server to see it but if you go to presets and make those files downloadable and people download it then they can see it.

No, there is no option to pay for the whole server to see it, so cross that out XD The people in teh map need to download it to see it.
