Messed up pelt & Mane + Screen

Okay so i logged in today it went to my presets and there where all diffrent colors and messed up maned
when i went in to FH game play everyone else was like that to. even plants and trees and the sreen is all glitchy to can anyone help me please?

I'm not completely sure because I never had this problem before. The only answer I have is that there's something wrong with your graphic card :/
