If there's any other way to solve this let me know, I've no idea other than deleting and reinstalling and that doesn't work.

Go to your FeralHeart folder in Computer>Local Disk C:>FeralHeart. Find the "unins000" file and use it to uninstall. Then back up any custom files you have (such as maps) and delete the FH folder entirely. Then re-download the game and re-install. That should fix it.
