Incorrect Username or Password

Okay so I just made my account today,  my mate had to make it for me because it wouldn't let me make it because it was saying it could not open the socket. I have my account and I am able to log into the site. There are not any spaces in my username or password and I am putting them into the login area of the game correctly, I have put it on my firewall's trusted programs list and even took the risk of trying to run it with the firewall off. Regardless this did not help. Is there anything I could be doing wrong that would make it say I have the wrong username or password?

I already used all the things in there, it's patched to the latest version, I went into my 3rd party virus software and set the permissions to it to open all inbound and outbout ports for the program, gave it public and private network access in window's firewall, my username and password don't use any symbols or spaces and I have the correct parts capitalized where they need to be capitalized. Absolutely nothing in that help forum fixes my issue, this is the second account I have made. I don't have anymore email addresses to link a new account to either. Any other advice as to how I can fix this?

I just went threw this.. if you have a space in your username the game acts like a detard and wont let u enter.. ur gonna have to make another one with no spaces.. i believe you can use the _ abut idk

Well this is the 3rd account I have made today and once again there is not a single space or symbol in my username or password, I have made a new yahoo email address just so I could make another account, but this is getting to the point where I am about to say f*** it this is all just a waste of my time, as I have stated before I have given the game every permission possible so it has total freedom on the network and is allowed to do whatever it wants to do but it still will not let me log in...anymore ideas that people have that do not involve saying there is a magical space that I have in my username or password...also if you are going to comment further please do not comment if you are just gonna try and tell me there is a space in my name and that I need to make a new account, if this thing is that complicated to get to work there is no point in me even being on here. Maybe an actual admin or someone can try to help me out, that would be great instead of just having to get user feedback cause I know you are all trying to help but I have already done everything a user can do to their computer. If this requires me to turn my firewall off completely to use it that's not gonna happen only a crazy person would turn off their firewall while they are on a public server.

I just made another account so I can start fresh on the server, but I get the same problem. my U/N is xDeaxthexTigressx . See? No spaces or anything. I talked to another person who said they had to make more than three new accounts to be able to use it. I personally think the server doesn't like new accounts since it crashed or whatever happened.
