If the game crashes, as in closing itself down or giving you windows/ogre error messages it's certainly not the server. It would be the computer that can't handle or the players, or the game itself that doesn't really make it easy for the computer itself to handle it.
The bad token message though is in fact something the server can be responsible for, but it can also depend on your own connection how well it works, but also how many that's playing in the given map.
Flourite plains is badly made, and people stack up there on auto so this is something most of the users actually have to live with.
Reinstall wont help though if it's just that map that's the problem.
