Unable to see presets

Well, more like, people are unable to see MY presets.
I have friends with similar problems. They can see their own presets, but when people download them (And yes, we ARE downloading them properly.) they are unable to see them.

My friend has found a fix where you make a new account, because for some reason presets on their main account don't work but they do on the other account.
However; I do not want to make a new account.

Is there any way to fix this? It's somewhat frustrating, as I like making myself presets, yet there's no point if my friends can't see them.

And before you ask:
- YES I have updated/got the latest patch, and so have all my friends.
- YES I have named the preset.fhp file properly (With/without capitals).
- YES I have done all of the preset making correctly.
- YES my friends have placed the preset.fhp in the correct folder.
- YES I have exported the preset.

There are some glitches where, let's say, your username is bubblegum. When you type "bubblegum" to log in, you log in, but your name gets changed to "Bubblegum" (even if it's still lowercase for you, it appears that way to others) So if you log in with lowercase letters, try using a capital. (Or the other way around, if you use a capital, try a lowercase.)
Also,
The .fhp is case sensitive. If you log in as 'PAiNFul' and your .fhp is 'Painful' then it won't work.

Yeah. Except with this account I'm sure I've tried both Painful and painful. I am about to try on my other account, because I think I added more then one capital.
If it works, I might try again with this account.
Sort of odd and frustrating how sensitive FH can be with capitals ;o.

Not on the other one for some reason, not sure what happened there.
Well. Thanks for the help, Ruby! I think it was something to do with capitals.. Even though I was sure I was careful to do it right. Ahwell XD.
