HELP! I need some help badly, when i log into the site it logs in, no problem, but when i try to log in onto the game (and before you ask i have done all of these things: allowed it through the firewall, reinstalled the game, changed the password to something a bit easier and not so confusing, added the patch, tried the torrent, and a couple other things but i didnt do all of these at once just one thingchanged, tried again, changed another thing, tried again and so on) but i cant log into the game cuz all i see is "Connecting to front server" then something else pops up and disappears quickly and i cant read it cuz it just pops up then goes in just a split second so i cant read any of it in time then this things comes up saying "Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)" and i just dont know what else to do, i have internet cuz if i didnt i wouldnt have had the game and this post wouldnt be here and i really want to play the game, so if anyone can help please do!

If you follow all those things and still are unable to log in. I'd actually suggest you creating a new account. This should go into the game help btw.

ok but how do i delete my old one?

Only if you need the mail to sign up again since the mail can only be used once. If you've got another mail there's no must in doing this though.

So what youre saying is that if i only have one email account then it will only send the activation email once to that email address and then that email account cant have a second one, cuz i only have one email account, my mums email address, so if i delete this user and create a new one with my mums same email address then i cant recieve another activation email. If this sounds confusing is it ok if you can make the one you sent me a little bit less confusing cuz i kinda know what it means but then i kinda forgot and then i didnt know what it meant, so as soon as my mums email address has recieved the activation email (which it already has when i first created this Feral Heart account) the same email address cannot recieve another one, if it was just something easy to explain not all confusing like this message it would be easier to understand and i would know what i need to do (depends if everything i said is true)

Narr, it's easier than it seems.

1 mail = 1 active acount only.

If you delete the account linked to your mail it should be available again for a new account. Atleast, that's how I remember it. You should be able to delete your account from within your profile menu.

Well, if you actually have troubles with signing into the game, I would suggest somehing else, atleast for the password.

Name/passwords without symbols numbers and capitalized letters should be a safe bet.
