i cant unblock a friend

i blocked a friend of mine because she was getting annoying, on the next day, i wanted to unblock her but shes not on the list, please help! i want my friend back...

Try adding the block again in the first map you enter, and then remove the block again, just to rejoin.

join, Block, unblock, rejoin.

If you would still be unable to see them, chances are they blocked you as well.
