this translation should be 100 percent correct but the writing isn't the best because i colored the image and wrote the kanji using lines on paint.net (without a pen tablet) i also used google translate for the japanese writing

Dark sunset is what the characters are from (it's a comic i hope to make)
i really don't know what kind of dog blue should be but hopefully somebody could help me decide (just post your suggestion)
Donor IS INDEED a dalmatian, he's just fluffier than a normal dalmatian would be (my comic isn't realistic anyway)
Blue is from the chapter in my comic called E.24 (or experiment 24, whatever works for you)
Donor is a character you'll see through out the comic
