HELP!!!!

OK, so I just downloaded Feralheart using the crossover software, and then I registered. I opened up Feralheart and then tried to login. It said "Incorrect Username or Password". So I tried again, using my username and password. I know they were correct that time, because I took like 20 minutes making sure they were the right letters. But t still won't let me login!!! I kept trying it kept saying it was wrong!!! The only thing it will let me log into is the website, not the actual game. Any help, tips, ANYTHING!?!

Well it may have been a bad install, or maybe a CAPS lock error, which is highly unlikely. My recommendation would be reinstalling. If this keeps happening, try changing your password.

i had the same problem but i figured it out. if there are numbers in your password then you need to use the numbers on the top of the keyboard. like the ones that have the @ or # signs. it doesnt work on the keypad to the right of your keyboard

Yes, FH doesn't pick up the numpad, so never use that when typing in your password, or it will not recognise teh numbers and you will be told the password is wrong. If that doesn't help there is a thread on the forum about this issue speciffically. I'll look for it.
