first question and the simplest:
1- there is a file resources.cfg at FeralHeart folder?
2- did you installed Feral Heart in another folder different than the default?
things to try:
execute FH directly by doing double click to FeralHeart.exe at C:\FeralHeart\FeralHeart.exe
delete your FH desktop shortcut and create it again.
normally this error occurs when the shortcut is bad, for example:
sorry if the image is in spanish, my windows is in spanish i can't take english screenshots. the dialog box is the properties of the shortcut.
