Can't log in!!

Hey people,
when I try to log in to feral heart, it tells me "Can't log in to main server" or "connection lost" but when I look at my internet connection, it's perfectly fine!
What's happening? Is there something I need to download?

I got in once but as soon as I chose my character it failed again!!

Sometimes the server gets unstable. In my case, closing and reopening FH helps.
