Log-In Troubles....

So, I just started playing FeralHeart and i'm having trouble logging in . I type in the right username and password and everything , but it tells me i have been banned for 3 days . And I have no idea why , because i have not ever even went on it before . Help ?

This is something I'm not too sure about how to fix except if you'd try registering another account.

You've tried to turn of the game and run it again yeah?

As it seems, the server doesn't even have any record of you trying to sign in, no IPs no nothing, and since you don't really have anything to actually even get unbanned I'm not sure how to work this one out.

If you'd try logging onto another account, chances might be that that one will just get banned as well but you can always try.

Will try and see if we can sort something.

Well Alois, since there's clearly some troubles with that account, we will clear the one you created, thing is that you will have to create a new one again since we will wipe the old one out.
