Unable to View Presets

I've noticed over time that I can't see presets. Sort of an odd revelation, like a color blind person learning that they're color blind. All presets either appear blank, white, and untextured without eyes, or are the same colors as when you create a new character and haven't customized colors yet. Can somebody tell me how to fix this?

Who's presets are these? Are they yours? Or others?

Because if there others, you need to download them in order to view them.
Otherwise they appear black, or how they appear at the start of Character create.
