FH+ not working

It worked fine when I downloaded it at first,but now the maps are completely black.I can see and talk to people,but I can't leave or anything.I uninstalled FH+ and re-downloaded it,but it's still the same.It won't even let me take screenshots anymore,so I had to use another program to take these screenshots.Anyone have the same problem? :-\

Everyone seems to be having this problem. :/ I hope Sameth's idea helps you. Maybe it'll work for my friend.
Also, LOL. That first screenie is my character. /feels famous <3
