Logged out by another user?

While playing the game a box popped up "Logged out by another user" I was rping with ONE friend. In whisper. Have i been hacked or blocked by a mod or what? Is there anything that can get it to stop? It does it whenever i log in!

that happened to me i was just doing my own thing then all of a sudden i was logged out after seeing a sign or whatever popped up
