What is with this glitch? please help me!

I just downloaded feralheart+  and when i open the game, everything is fine. but when i log into it, all i see is a black backround. same with when i play the game. It is just a black backround! What is wrong?

I'm not sure, but I know that if you open one of your FH characters from the base game on FH+, you will see all black. Have you tried making a new character on FH+?

Yes, i tried and i see other people but the backround is still black.

I don't think your having a problem with the installer. See, FH+ does not have all the same maps as FH. If your character was in Flourite the map will show up black because Fluorite does not exist on FH+. Just go to your characters bio and click Go Home to Bonfire.

If that were true the character selection screen wouldn't be black as well, also making a new character wouldn't make a black screen. It is the normal installation issue everyone is having I'm pretty sure
