You forgot a character. If you finish the okami game you get gifts from issun. Check out gallery and character galleries. There's an okami with blue markings. That is mizuterasu and that picture was her adult form. She's a pup though so yeah she is Chibiterasu's sister. (But the only difference is the things he didn't learn she did and the things he did learn she didn't. She's more the moon.)

Why you want that character: Because she is mostly being left out a lot when they think of the games. She is very important even though not seen that way. For her sibling became the sun she was the moon and she was dark and cold when he was kind and nice. You can't have Yan without remembering Yin. She is a real character and everything her brother is she is the opposite other than being a god and a wolf.
