~If i put this in the wrong section i'm sorry~

When i install the game on my computer everything is fine i play the game and all the colors aren't working like it's all grey,pink..etc it looks horrible! when i installed the game on my windows XP laptop everything is all fine the colors are perfect & no lag at all how do i get the colors (NOTE: ALL THE COLORS ARE RANDOM GREY,BLACK,PINK,YELLOW...ETC) i can post a screenshot....if i need to how can i fix this?

My laptop charger has broke so i wan't to install it on this computer......................
