Major Problem! Need Help please!

Ok, I downloaded Feral Heart + and it's a dream come true, but one day when I logged on, when it took me to Character selection, all I could see the GUIs and my character. Think it was only a minor glitch, I continued to the the game. Once I entered the room, it was blank. Nothing, but a black map.  No sky, no ground, but I could still see people. I got angry, so i logged off.  The next day when I logged on it gave me the same problem. I'm starting to get a little annoyed with FH, but if I can get some help, I would be most appreciative. If you have the same problem, tell me about it, but if you know how to fix it, PLEASE share with the world how. Thanks.

This is a common issue with many people who downloaded FH+, I too had this problem at first but I found a great tutorial made by wolffox. Pay attetnion to details in the tutorial, if you follow these steps correctly you will no longer have that annoying black screeen.

I have a problem when I load FH+ it says : ORGE EXCEPTION (4:ItemIdentityException): ParticleSystem template with name 'WaterSplash' already exists. in ParticleSystemManager::create Template at c:/Ogre_161_tag/OgreMain/src/OgreParticleSystemManager.cpp

i think that means that the particle multiplied itself. look for a file named WaterSplash_0 or WaterSlpash0_0

oh :/ . i'm trying to figure out if newbies (who just signed up) are downloading the normal FH first or if their downloading FH+ first
