Issue with map being able to be seen.

I have made a wonderful FH+ map. Upon decorating a bit more of the blank areas and filling in a few things and sending
the FHM file to my friend we discover that they can not see the updates. I am unsure what to do I have exported the map
and saved it and sent all the exports to my friend and the media things such as the FHO's the FHS and the Fhm of course.
I wish to get this map done and over with as it has taken to absorbing giant gobs of my time. My friend and I have done
the whole delete the old files and put in the new and every thing so far. I have saved it numerous times and again this is FH+ Though none of these tactics we have tried have worked so far.That and I place in a portal to another map made by a friend it goes and does a vanishing act on me and my friend.Is there anyway to fix this because other people will have this map too and I do not need these...issues. So I would thank you kindly for your help and time with this matter as this is highly urgent.

Ok update on this topic my friend can now see the updates. But, the problem still remains of the portal to another map of theirs.Every time we go in game it magically vanishes. Excuse the bad typing and all it is early/late here and I have not gone to sleep due to these problems.
