logining into the game

I am a new player to the game feral heart but I can't play the game at all because I have to login. when I tried to login, it says the username or password is incorrect, but I tried over10 times with the correct spelling and everything and the same thing comes up. I even tried my hard wire network instead of the wireless but the same thing. nothing has changed. I even downloaded the plus version, and the patch but the same thing. What should I do?

If it says wrong username or password I'm not sure you will get much farther by installing another version of the game, however.

User names should contain only letters from a-z in both passwords and usernames to be on the safe side.

Password is capital sensitive so you must keep that in mind.

If you have numbers in your password you cannot use the numpad, only the numbers above the letters work.

Extremely long usernames can sometimes be an issue as well.

If nothing helps, try looking in the big help thread on the main help board. And if still no luck, try creating a new account with another password/username, staying away from symbols and numbers.

I did that but still the same problem. I used my second email for my other account. what can I do to play the game? do I have to wait a day or so to play the game?

If you did ALL that I suggest you to simply make yet another account and see if it works any better. If you do all of the things mentioned above and the loginscreen still tells you wrong username or password, chances are it wont work.

If you want to try a long shot you can try to change your keyboard language layout in the control panel, but that can also make things worse than before.

If you just stay with a-z in both password and username without any caps or whatnot it should work.

Hmm, Red told you right things, but it may also be that a button from your keyboard doesn't work, but it seems that it works when you push it.Well, i don't have any idea than this.

im going to try what the people said to do.
i think my problem was that my username was too long. its Xia, Warrior Princess
