Black Screen Background in FeralHearts not FH+

Hello.

I've been trying almost all day to find a version of FH that will work with my computer.  I have a new HP dv6 beats audio laptop that I purchased this year.  It has an intel processor and Radeon graphics.  Most downloads were not running the game due to an OGRE error, so I downloaded DirectX.  The game did run then (FeralHearts).  Feral Hearts Plus would not allow the option of running DirectX.  So when I did go into Feral Hearts, which ran with DirectX, the character creator had only a black background.  Similarly, the game had only a black background.  Help?  Thank you.

i know its for FH+ but it might work for Normall FH,Also if not try uninstalling then installing again

Ok this happen to me. you need to uninstall feralheart then reinstall it. This is because you probely lost a file or something. Hope this will help
