FH+ Help, please.

I have two questions.

One, where in the world is the portal to Endless Planes? I can't for the life of me find it.

And two.. is there anyway AT ALL to stop me from "floating off into the ceiling" in the Fichio (spelling issues!) Cavern on FH+? My sister has no problems, and other players run right by me, but when I get in tight spaces or step on a slope, my character begins to literally bounce off the walls and it makes it extremely difficult to move. I usually end up on the ceiling, and there's no way to get down from the ceiling. I've had to "go home" almost 13 times now, and I just starting exploring the cavern today for only about an hour. D; It's rather stressful and I have to take small, slow baby steps to get anywhere....but It seems other people don't have this problem?

The Endless Plains portal is south of the giant lake area in the northern part of the Ficho Tunnels map. There's a small tunnel leading to it from the lake.

I get the ceiling glitch when I get FPS lag. Try walking instead or turn down your viewing distance in the options. If you get stuck on the ceiling again, just log out and back in. You'll be in the same spot on the map where you left off except not on the ceiling and back on the ground.
