I can't log into the game!

Ok, right after I solve one problem, another pops up! I can't login! My username and password are both correct (I've checked each time, until I ended up banning myself for 15 minutes), and it won't take my user information! >.<

Nevermind...I got in. The trick is for some reason, you can't use your number keypad. XP
