Presets 1 and 2 Unviewable

Well, that's only a small bit of it. Basically, I cannot select any of my presets in game, even the reference presets 1 and 2. I have not played with them at all, and I've tried reinstalling to no avail. When I go to edit my  characters or create a new character, and select the presets button, the box shows up, but it's completely empty. Is there any way to fix this, preferably without removing all files?

You don't need to fix it. (; It's perfectly normal, the reason you can't see any presets in that box is because you didn't export them. In order to see the presets you need to export them. I could make a video if you'd like to show you, I really don't feel like explaining it so yeah! -sucks at explaining-

lol I know what Jeanette means, so allow me to explain it.
Open FeralHeart,
go to Tools,
go to Preset Maker,
go to last tab in there, (if not already)
and then click one of the presets,
once you have one of those on,
click export.
Exit Preset Maker,
log in,
create/edit a character,
go to the last tab,
and it will be there.
