Black Screen- Again

Okay, so, my friend is having the black screen problem. I told her what to do, but when she tries to re-set her home to Bonfire, it says the map file wasn't found or something. She's already tried uninstalling and then re-installing. Can someone help?

If it is FH+ try:

If it doesn't work, have her come into the forum and make a help thread, it's easier to help someone when you can talk to them directly.

If it isn't FH+ then have her change the rendering mode.
