-Drake huffed.-  "Didn't I tell you?  It's broken even more now.  Now you'll have to rest longer."  -He sat down.-  "Look, I don't want you up walking around.  You could damage you paw to where it will never heal and it would just be in the way.  You could never use it.  So just stay put.  I told you, I'll get the water, the food, the protection, whatever.  Just stay!"  -The male stood up and looked over at Suruti.-  "Could you stay and help Dawn tend to May and the pups?"  -He didn't wait for a reply and exited the den, circled around it, and leaped to the top, only to disappear in the split between the rocks once more.-

Suturi rolled her eyes `No I will not` she turned and exited the den `I only came to see if May was fine now I will leave` she trotted back into the foliage only this time she turned to her left. She came to a clearing and began walking across it `Stupid male....Stupid cave...Stupid tree!` she growled

"Ok."  -Drake shrugged and rested his head on his paws once more.-  "Females.  Why are they so complicated?"  -He whispered and glared out of the rock.-  ((Fail post. ): ))

May rolled her eyes and curled into a ball then hearing Drake's comment and growls " I'm not a complainer." She closes her eyes and falls asleep.

Dawn sighs and than walks over to her younger sister and licks her ear. Please stay off your paw?" she begs her with a soft whine.

Suturi hops onto a large rock that sat at the edge of the field. Her ears perked as she listened for any surrounding enemies. She sighed and laid down, allowing the sun to warm her up. Her ears perked and she lifted her head as a twig snapped. She looked towards the edge of the clearing where a rather large human snuck out and aimed a gun at her.

May sighed a fine and curled up into a little ball and fell asleep

-Drake perked his ears at May's growl.-  "It's true."  -He whispered lowly so that no one else could hear.  He sighed and spotted a flash of white in the distance.  The male launched himself from the top of the cave and darted after the whitetail.  After a while, Drake was running side by side to the deer.  He threw himself at his target and latched onto its neck.  The deer stumbled and Drake pushed all his weight on the deer's side.  As they went down, Drake felt his teeth pierce the throat.  He felt the air on his fur and the brute waited until the deer died.  After it lay limp, Drake began to drag the prey back to the den.-  "Here.  I'll go get the water."  -He turned and raced to a small creek.  A tree to his right stood tall, with moss hanging from the branches.  Drake leaped up and grabbed the moss, then soaked it in the creek.  He brought back the dripping moss to the wolves and set it down.-  "Go ahead.  I'll get more when you need it."

May's ears moved as she slept. her broken paw moved a little and it looked like she was running. May's dream: she starts to stalk a deer and chases after it.

Suturi huffed and gave the human an odd look. `What do you think you are doi-` she froze as she heard the cock of the gun. `Oh dear..` she mumbled. A gun shot rung through the forest. Suturi stood on the other side of the rock. She stood on three legs with one pulled up and she looked terrified as she stared at the black spot on the rock where the bullet hit, it missed her by an inch. Her gaze went to the human as he cocked the gun once more. `Oh dear!` she barked dodging the next bullet by hopping to the other side of the rock.
