Game won't let me go on ANY of my characters

Everytime I go onto Feralheart, I log in as usual, but when I click play on one of my characters, it goes to the loading screen then freezes and crashes. Its really annoying >:U Please Help

I have a similar problem. Only it just says bad token. I use a different char and it works. for your problem I think you should make another character that is more simple. I think the game cant handle lots of detail. Hop it helps!
